Early Bird Registration

Early bird registration ends on 12/31/2022. Registration prices increase on 1/1/2023.

Refunds

Should you need to withdraw from the event the following refund schedule shall apply:

• 75% refund will be provided through 6AM on 1/27/2023 (4 weeks prior to event)
• 50% refund will be provided through 6AM on 2/10/2023 (2 weeks prior to event)

Changing Events

Runners are allowed to drop down in race duration (e.g. transitioning from the 24 hour to the 12 hr or from the 12 to the 6 hr) up through 6AM on Wed, 2/22/2023 (3 days prior).  NO money will be refunded for this transition.  Runners are also allowed to transition to a longer event and will be asked to pay the entry fee difference.  All of this assumes that there are open spots in the applicable categories.
